This is a question that I've had, cause I don't think I've set this up right, but that splashimage line is supposed to show the image where?
What are the parameters for that images?
Does the image need to be a tarball to work?
Is there a specific place for the splashimage line to go?
Ok, guess I had more than one. :)
I've searched for these answers and have found that "it's not a very important option anyway" "it covers to much boot info so I have it commented out"

It can be frusterating, and the doc's on my computer don't even mention that option.
