Firewall and peer to peer connections

Hello:

I am working with a network of 50 computers connected to internet(windows based), behind a NAT-Smoothwall with dedicated access and public IP.

My problem begins with voice and file transfers with programs like MSN messenger, ICQ, Netmeeting, etc.

There is some solution for my problem?????? Thank you in advance.

Your going to have to find out what ports these programs use, and open them up. Check out their respective websites, they should have a section dealing with firewall issues.

Thank you. It is only about ports, there is nothing with nat and only one public ip?

Could you tell me the script to open ports? or a good source of info.
