How many SuSe CDs do you need ?

Im downloading SuSe 8.0 Pro and I was wondering how many of the 7CDs available do I actually need to get it installed . I would like to get all 7 eventually but linuxcd.org's server evidently uses throttling and I cant seem to get a better transfer speed than 40kbs , thus its taking over 4 hrs for 1 ISO . All I care about is getting my network card supported and basic hardware support . I dont really need 3 gigs of canned crap from SuSe . Thanks in advance for your replies .

As far as I know, you only need the first CD for a basic install.

Ok thanks . Actually I already did it . I used 2 cds . I forgot to post back a nevermind addition to my thread . I now have WinXP , RH 7.3 , MDK9.0rc3 , and SuSe 8.0 on my machine . This stuff is fun .

First 2 cds for basic install....up to 7 for adding/removing software.
