How to install on a 2nd HD

I just installed Mandrake 8.2 duel booted with Win XP home (see previous post). I wanted to put Linux on my 2nd HD, but was never given the option so it ended up on the 1st. This is not a problem cuz the 1st is 40 Gig but I would like it on the 2nd if I reinstall.

Did I miss something or is there a trick to install it on another HD?

if you choose expert install at the begining (not sure if that's necesary).. when you get to the partitioning options during the install you should have 2 tabs on the top of the screen, hda and hdb... highlight hdb and continue as normal and MDK should be installed on the second drive
