Display Problems?

Hi again,

I installed redhat and though I haven't been very successful interms of dual booting with xp, I have a different question... When I browse web pages on linux, I see bands about 1 inch thick vertically on my monitor... it makes the text that is in it really blurry and hard to read.

I have a Xtasy Geforce 3 ti 200 and I believe I chose to install a generic geforce 3 driver when I installed redhat 7.2..

Does anyone know what the solution would be?

for the redhat rpm with the updated drivers try:

if you have to compile the kernel for any particular reason, here is a good set up instructions:
