Tux Racer is a Retail game, the version you get is the demo...and yes, it has more then the one cup :D

For linux games there are tons of sources

Then there is always the Wine project at www.winehq.org that is working on an application layer that allows Windows software to run in Linux
The for Windows -> Linux gaming a branch off of the Wine tree is www.transgaming.com which focuses on Windows games
