Ip's config

total newbie .

ok ive dont it in windows where ive set 1 NIC with 2 ips.
ive tried the same thing in linux and failed.
each NIC is pointing to a different gateways and dns.


how do i go bout it?

What distribution are you using? Each one has their own network config tool to make this an easier task.

running on Mandy 8.2 .. ive work around wif the tools. still cant figure it out. ive added both IPs an connection drop. Cant find the route out.

Its seems like i have to use either 1 .

Damn.. i hate to think window made it look easy .

ideas..ideas ..?? anyone
