Xterm's don't have the option to be transparent. if you want transparency you'd have to use Aterm or Eterms.
2. how to get rid of MacOS bar in Konqueror
Not sure..heh.
Now as for your 3rd question there's several things you can do. You can have your comp boot up to init level 5 and that would bring up the KDM manager I suppose or gdm, not sure which one you have installed. Or you can make a new user and have it specifically use KDE.
Maybe some one else can you give more ideas. Hope this helps out. ;)

As for setting fluxbox up as an option on KDE xdm on runlevel 5(graphical login), I don't know. If your using bash I know how to get a different command to start KDE and Fluxbox. Simply edit you .bash_profile an add an alias. First figure out where the fluxbox binary is installed on your system. I'm using Red Hat 7.3 and Fluxbox is installed on /usr/local/bin/fluxbox. Use the whereis command to locate it. Next test to see if startx will use the direct path to fluxbox instead of it's default(KDE). $startx /.../.../fluxbox If that works then exit back out of X and open up your favorite text editor(pico, or vi). Then add the following line to your .bash_profile. Also you might not want to be root when you do this, and backing up is recommended.
alias startflux='startx /.../.../fluxbox'
Then save and exit back to the command prompt. Type ./bash_profile and with luck startflux should start fluxbox and startx should start kde. Hope this helps a little.

You can check your RH cd's to see if the package is in there. Or you can head on over --> HERE (http://aterm.sourceforge.net/) and then compile it for yourself ;)

You can add Flux to the KDE log in screen buy running kcontrol from the command line and under system->login manager-> Sessions simply add fluxbox to the existing sessions available.
The MACOS scroll bar is probably from how you have kde themed. change your theme and you should change the way Konq looks.
