IP Packet Forwarding

Hi, How can i TCP Packet forwarding from Linux machine to Windows client,

I want to be Sending all Packets receiving all packets from Linux via Internet to do any machine.

Example :
Forwarding.
Internet Linux Machine TCP Packets Win98Client
----->>> 212.12.212.222 ----->>> 192.168.10.226

If packet sending to port 5200 to Linux Machine sending other machine to 5200 port.

How can i this.
