I am about to go nuts, I am trying to get a printer to work with libranet. The printer is a Lexmark E210, there are drivers for it to work as a generic gs printer under cups, but I cant for the life of me figure out how to start the install. I did apt-get install cupsys and it got all the required depends and I went back and got a couple of other things that were suggested. now what do I do?
The cups website was no help.
I installed webmin, got lpadmin when I went to it, got a cgi error.

Could really use a hand here.

all i did was use the cups configuration tool in adminmenu and it connects you to the cup setup site. Then you just enter your root and root password and then follow the prompts.

However, lexmarks, can be tricky to set up from what i remember. try searching this forum for some other peoples adventures and it may help you out more than i can.

I was able to get it to work, I ended up using the driver for the samsung 4500 which is supposed to be the same thing under a different name.
Thanks for the help
