Debian 3.0

Hello all.

Simple question (I think).

Why do all of the USA debian mirrors have 2.2r7 as the latest release, but all of the other countries have 3.0 (woody)?

Odd, I used the main ftp site...well,
http://ftp.us.debian.org
and they have the 3.0 release, it's been out for well over a month, the mirrors SHOULD be up to date.
Oh well, use the main :)
