RH 7.3 Hangs when it does the Post Install Configuration

Somebody pleeease help....

I have a new machine running windows XP Home on one partition and trying to install RH 7.3 on another.

I have tried installine RH Linux about 700 (billion) times now, tried all sorts of options and the same thing happens...

I go through all the options in Anaconda and I let it choose the partitions. It then installs all of the packages.

Then it happens ... a little dialog box is displayed with the following message "Performing Post Install Configuration".

In it, there is a progress bar, and when it gets to about 75% my system then hangs and I have to power off/on and try again...

Does anyone know how to find out what is causing this, or is there some log I can check somewhere?

Try cutting back to a minimal install on the packages until you get your final configuration and then add what you need.
Have you configured your X server before this point? Your video card might not be compatible or need different drivers.

If your able to check, look into /var/log/messages

Thanks for the help here, I worked out what the problem was...

I am using a cordless Logitech Keyboard and mouse.

I disconnected these and plugged an old keyboard and mouse in, then did several installations and they all worked fine.
