im curently running windows 2000 pro and keep getting this error

any ideas???
well to the point of my post i am thinking about upgrading to windows xp will i have any problems doing this im have mandrake 8.2 installed on a second drive and have the loli booter installed. also where can o go to find out how to uninstall loli so i have to use a linux boot disk to boot to lunix. my wife complains about haveing to wait for the menue to pop up before she can get to windows.
