Min. Hardware Reqs. for File Server

I'm trying to install Linux 7.2 and Samba 2.2.1 on a machine that can be used as a file server. There will be about a 100 concurrent users running an application from a Windows based Web Server.
All the files being uploaded by the users will be forwared by the web server so that they can be stored on the Linux File Server.

Can anyone tell me what is the minimum hardware requirement for the Linux machine in this kind of a setup.

But, where is the problem? I have already done this.

But, right now I just have 4-5 users accessing the web server and uploading/downloading files on the file server thru the web server. I want to know what will happen when there are a 100 users.
