It used to be called Drive Image. It will let you create images to basically anything you can assign a drive letter to. It works great over a network. It does support the Linux ext2/ext3 filesystem, as well as all Windows file systems. I usually boot my machine with a DOS, TCP/IP networking disk , map a drive letter to a share on a server and then create the image on the server. You can do the reverse when you want to put that image on a hard drive. It even has a slick utility to create the DOS networking disks for you. It's capabilities go way beyond what I can describe here. Go to www.powerquest.com for details. If you have a lot of machines you need to image frequently, it just can't be beat. Of course, it also works as a great backup tool. All my PCs are backed up my means of an image stored on a server. justlinux.com
