Docking programs in Window Maker

How do you get programs to Dock in the right hand side of the screen?
(under the clock and terminal button) and how do you keep them docked after reboot? This is in Window Maker.

Just start the application and you will see a mini-icon appear, grab it and drag it to the dock (the thing with the clock/terminal buttons). Then close your applications and find save session in your menu. Click that and next time you start windowmaker the app will stay docked. You can also right click on the docked app and go to settings in the menu that appears. Then you can change the icon and 'lock' the mini-icon to prevent accidental removal from the dock.
