I am a total newbie to Linux and would like some help.

How do I install drivers (downloaded a driver for my network card)?

How do I install programs? (downloaded a .wbm file)

How do I make Frontpage extensions work on my Apache server (running on Mandrake 8.2)

1. Drivers are usually kernel modules, and so can be installed with 'insmod <name>'

2. Never heard of a .wbm file before - where's it from?

3. Someone here should be able to answer that - I can't offhand :(
