hopefully someone can direct me to a link how-to...im not a linux guy (still learning) but i have Corel Linux on my "fun" machine right now. i really dont like it (my coworker put it on there), but anyway right now im downloading redhat 7.3 (the ISO discs) to the /root directory. when these are finished downloading...what i should i do? im that lame, and i apologize. im used to just double clicking an executable. sorry :o

i actually gave up on this...i put the netboot.img (i think) on a floppy and just went through the net installation.

Russ,

If you have some kind of CD-burning software (like Easy CD Creator), you should be able to just right-click on the ISO image and choose "Record to CD".

yeah, the thing that stinks is i dont have a cd burner to put em on disk. that wouldve been the easiest way... :) tonight im going to try to install it on my laptop. lets see what happens...hahaha doesnt look good thus far.
