Clicking on the Member Rated link under a users nick will take you to the users profile (the same as if you clicked on the profile icon http://cams88.tripod.com/profile.gif ).
The difference is that clicking on the icon will open the profile in a new window as opposed to clicking on "Member Rated" and opening the profile in the current window.
IMHO it's more convenient (and consistent) to have it open in a new window.
