I have said it before and I will say it again... I like cheese. Sometimes I think I'm made of cheese. other times I think of making cheese pants or cheese hats. Last night for dinner, I had cheese sticks wrapped up in plain bread. and I was happy. There were many years where I lived on nothing but mac and cheese with peas mixed in. one of my favorite treats is brie melted on bread. My all time favorite cheese? Swiss. Plain and ordinary you say? no. It may be readily available just about everywhere, but it is the king among cheeses.

unfortunatly, classic LNO doesn't exist anymore... as near as i can tell, all the threads that came before the UBB upgrade are gone forever... unless they're still hanging around on a harddrive in the basement of an internet.com office, in which case they're as good as gone forever.

They claimed they were a while ago (it was Housen at the time), they said something about moving to a SQL backend (Housen was thinking vBulletin IIRC), rather than the flat text file backend that UBB uses.

You know... I just thought of something... If I say I've only got 22 more posts until 500 in this post, than really I've only got 21 posts to go, because if I post to tell everyone this, then my post count will increase by 1, which would make my post to say that I've only got 22 posts useless.
So from now on, I'm going to post to brag, saying, "This post means that I have # posts left!" So I'll really be saying the right number of posts...

More pearls of wisdom from our good friend, Swiss Tony:
And yet, having therapy is very much like making love to a beautiful woman. You ... get on the couch, string 'em along with some half-lies and evasions, probe some deep dark holes, and then hand over all your money.
Going to the brink of death and back, in a nine car pile-up on a dual carriage-way, is ... very much like making love to a beautiful woman. First of all, brace yourself, hold on tight - particularly if it's a rear-ender. And pray you make contact with her twin airbags as soon as possible.

Oh, how wrong I was:
GOING FISHING: Of course, As you know, I'm a very keen fisherman myself. You know, I've
often thought that going fishing was very much like making love to a beautiful woman. First of all, clean and inspect your tackle, carefully pull back your rod over, and remove any dirt or gunge that may have built up whilst not in use. Then, extend your rod to its full length, and check that there are no kinks or any wear. Particularly at the base, where the grip is usually applied. Make sure you've got a decent float, the appropriate bait, and that there's plenty of shot in your bag.
ANSWERING THE PHONE: Answering the phone, is... a little like making love to a beautiful woman. In that you've gotta... lift the receiver, put it to your ear, speak ...loudly and clearly ... oh, yes - and don't forget to state your name.
PUTTING UP A TENT: Putting up a tent, is... very much like making love to a beautiful woman. You rent her, unzip the door, put up your pole an'... slip in to the old bag.
MAKING COFFEE: Making a cup of coffee is like making love to a beautiful woman. It's got to be hot. You've got to take your time. You've got to stir... gently and firmly. You've got to grind your beans until they squeak. And then you put in the milk.

Holy carp! I don't think I'll ever have enough time that I can become that good but I know that I can get better. It seems like the most difficult part is judging distance. Then again, I guess that you won't be able to consistently hit any distance if your form isn't good -- which mine isn't. :D

i found some bacon in the trash the other day it was quite good too :) Still can't firgure out why my neighbor was screaming and hollering at me  it's not like he was using it any more. Anyway i took off before the RCMP came with their tranquilizer guns. I could use the sleep but geez do they always have to dump me in the middle of nowhere to sleep? I would be much happier if they just put me in my bed. It's such a long walk to get home after they dump me off and i get all tired and sweaty :( Hmmm..maybe if i ate my neighbor....

"capitalism and the concept of the individual is bad."
Excuse me but bugger off.
I am sure you have the idea that only you and your fellow socialists should be able to determine what others should do and not do, what they may think and not think. With the same end results as all past attempts at eradicating "individualism" namely the progroms, the genocides, stalinst purges and killing fields of Cambodia of the past. Take that fecal thinking and talk back under your rock. Progressive thought and equality don't depend on a "socialist"
society or an individual giving up the right to self determination or independent action or thought. Freedom isn't freedom without the right to individualism. But I am sure that you don't value the freedom of others that is what logically follows from a statement like "...the concept of the individual is bad."

Technically, FreeBSD is still just a UNIX(TM) clone, but it's more UNIX than Linux only because there is a direct historical relationship with a real UNIX. To technically be called UNIX(TM), someone needs to fess up some money for its certification, and that's not cheap.
