php and apxs

I'm trying to configure php with apxs (with the command "./configure --with-apxs=/path/to/apxs" but i don't know what the path to apxs is... I don't even know where to look or what to look for...

Any ideas?

It turns out that I didn't have the file at all. I had to get the apache-devel rpm from the caldera ftp site and it was dumped into the /usr/sbin directory. Thanks anyway! (I know if i waited long enough the answer would have popped up here sooner or later) :)
