Wierd Log?

Hi,
I've got this wierd entry repeating over and over again in my http log for almost every user.

[Thu Aug 16 17:58:12 2001] [error] [client 199.174.30.46] File does not exist: /home/palmdays/public_html/default.ida

Any Idea what it is?
Why is it looking for this file?

I would sugges that this info be made available somewhere on this site in prominant view, if it werent for the fact that tommorow is the 19th and we will get a reprieve until the 1st rolls around again
