Multiple resin instances

So I'm trying to setup a development server where everyone can have their own personal copy of the server. In order to do that, I need to make multiple instances of the Resin server. The problem is I don't know how to use srun.sh to do this. Everytime I try it says that is starts srun and then it keeps repeating

tcp start at Wed Jun 13 21:57:14 EDT 2001

with a different time of course. Now what's going on? Why won't tco start?
