domain not working??

running apache and mandrake 7.2. just got my server setup i have my index and everything...i can access my site (thru the domain wurmy.dhs.org) just fine on my computer. however, on other systems i get a page cannot be displayed. when i use the IP to get to my page from other systems it works.....so my domain only works on my computer....it's weird...

I get connection refused...
wurmy ... you need to alter your hosts.allow
AND/OR your apache setup.
dyn.dhs.org works... I know.
