How to setup mailboxes on raq 3?

And to view the mail on outlook express?

I simply cannot figure this out from the .pdf files from cobalt I must be missing something

would the outlook settings be
mail.domain.com
smtp.domain.com

what are the settings?

And what do I physically do to not just allow mailboxes, I mean have them created for a domain? I just have forwarding at the moment with aliases and it's a bit frustrating

I'm not totally sure on setting them up as I have just glanced at the raq's, but I'm pretty sure the mail settings for both outgoing and incoming mail are just domain.com. Then in the dns of the domain you can specify mail.domain.com redirects to domain.com.
