News Posting Script

I REALLY need a news posting script for my site. If I want to post news I have to edit the file manually and upload it again http://www.linuxnewbie.org/ubb/frown.gif and incase you are wondering yes I can use cgi-bin, it's my server http://www.linuxnewbie.org/ubb/smile.gif So pleaze can someone recommend a script?

www.linux.com (http://www.linux.com) has a news format that you can 'rip off' their site. They give several links to news reading programs. Give it a shot.
