Could someone please tell me how to set up red hat linux 7.1 to host my website and email and some other peoples websites.

That's a very, very vauge question and I think you'd be a lot better off reading some of the old posts in this form and the "Networking Linux" forum as well as the NHFs, and the HOWTOS at the Linux Documentation Project, because a great deal of them cover these very topics.

Here's a general outline, though:

1. Get your Linux box working, and get the network interfaces configured.

2. Set up Apache for HTTP service.

3. Set up an SMTP server and optionally POP3/IMAP/whatever.

4. Figure out what you're doing to do about DNS/domain names.

I'm not trying to tell you to RTFM or anything (okay, I am), but the question you asked is overly broad and a respectable answer would be at least the size of a small book. If you could go into a bit more detail about what you're trying to accomplish, how you're doing it, or where you're running into trouble, please post your thoughts here.
