Does anyone use this? Is it secure enough to be available to the net?

It's been around for 20 years and AFAIK hasn't had a bad security track record, and I imagine most script kiddies don't even know what ntalk is, but there's always that theoretical chance that it'll contain an exploit nobody knows about yet. As always, use an up-to-date version and keep an eye open for security alerts.
