Apache Setup

I am running RH 6.2. I just installed apache. No errors compiling and installing. I can see my webpage from my internal network. But cannot see it from the outside (meaning my clients can not get to it). I am running portsentry, but am not looking on port 80 for attacks.

Do you have a firewall setup? Your could be blocking port 80.

go to yer httpd.conf and add port 8080 and test on that. If that works, you know it's a port problem. If it doesn't.... hm. Are you plugged in? http://www.linuxnewbie.org/ubb/smile.gif
