95fps in Mandrake 8.1, 175 in Win2k. Same autoexec.cfg and all other settings. I'm using the patched Nvidia drivers from Maxpro. Any ideas. I seem to recall that under Mandrake 8, it ran about the same speed as Win2K. It sure looks better under Linux, though.

Me thinks you have better quality settings in Linux.

I wouldn't even worry about it since the human eye can't possibly tell the difference between 95 and 175 fps.

I just ordered two boxes for both my comps. I hope I get 95 fps.
