Dedicated servers anything but FPS?

Hi all,

I have set up a Linux games server on my campus network, is would seem to be very popular.

I am running CS, UT, HL and Quake III. These were a bit of a headache but I got em all going.

Now I am getting requests for other types of games, stuff like Need for speed, or another such racing game. Also for a strategy such as C&C.

Does anyone know where I can find such dedicated servers? Just so that I can save space I have no X, I am also remotely administering it so there would seem to be no point, is this likely to be a problem?

If anyone has any handy sites it would be great if they could let me have them.
