i'm trying to bring back to life some old parts around a 200mhz pentium. all i needed was the case, so i bought one online.

problem: i only have a micro-at (atx compatible)board and i need a full-sized one and i *really* like this case http://www.linuxnewbie.org/ubb/wink.gif

anyone have a board to sell? like the subject says, i need a socket 7, full-sized atx board. i'm not too concerned with # of slots, it just has to run the processor. i can buy outright or offer some other older parts as partial payment. just as a guide: i saw such a board for $19+s/h on pricewatch, but thought i'd see what you folks might have lying around.

Let me get something straight...

You have a microATX board and you are looking to get a standard ATX motherboard because you bought a standard ATX chassis?

Most ATX chassis have support for microATX motherboards.

Also, I didn't think anyone made a Socket7 microATX motherboard. Which chipset does it use?

After re-reading your post, I got all confused. You have a "Micro - AT" motherboard? Hmm... Have no clue what that is. What kind of chassis do you have? AT, ATX or microATX?

I might be able to help you out. Have a few Socket7 boards lying around.

the new case is ATX. the old board is "baby-AT" (not micro-ATX) and supports an AT or ATX power supply. the result is that the case is too long, so the ports built onto the board don't reach the holes in the case. its a pretty crummy board anyway, one of PCChips generic brands, so i don't mind replacing it. if you've got something let me know, i'm already talking to another guy though.
