I've been digging through Practical C++ Programming, part of the O`Reilly publishers. $35 bucks. It was made for beginners but is also a nice (but incomplete) reference type of book. I also have the C++ Black Book here by Coriolis, I happen to like their reference books. Kinda pricey ($60) but I think it's worth it. *shrug* Search google for Linux C++ Programming and you're sure to find something relevant :) X_console 07-28-2001, 11:45 PM You could try http://www.planetsourcecode.com Transferring this to the Programming Forum. tecknophreak 07-30-2001, 10:00 AM Dietel & Dietel - How to Program in C++ Most colleges use this one from what I hear, I think its great. I am also a big fan of Wrox publishing. so you can try them justlinux.com
