Has anyone happened to make a CodeCommander syntax highlighting file they'd like to share? And if not, would there be anyone interested if I made one myself?

No, I don't use any of those: I use vim which already has syntax highlighting files. You might want to use vim to code or see if you can use vim with CodeCommander
