Don't always answer questions with your own coded solutions. Give them hints and pieces of code, but help them come up with their solution. If they have their code posted, try commenting the code. People learn better if they come up with their own solutions. If you come up with one for them, they may get lazy and just copy'n'paste your code into theirs. Last time I checked, we weren't here to give out coded solutions to those who are too lazy to learn them themselves.
Notice, however, that I'm not discouraging code reuse. In fact, I encourage code reuse, but when a person learns a language (especially for a programming class), that person needs to come up with their own solutions to certain problems to help them understand the language.
