This may be slightly off topic, but it will have to be. I need to Interview someone as part of a big school project. It'll be a short interview( about 10 questions), over email. Just leave your email address or something and I'll contact you with the questions, then you just mail the answers back. Thanks in advance. :) :)
uh... heheh.. what kind of questions are you gonna ask? Nothing incriminating I hope. :D
I have approximately two and a quarter years experience, about 80% of that time really coding. Worked for 3 different companies, two of which were co-ops: 6 mos. at Carrier Electronics, 9 mos. at Ormec, and my last 12 mos. at Document Strategies (http://www.documentstrategies.com/), where I am now... if that's enough for you, I'm in.

What school do you go to? Somebody else did this about a year ago. In any case, I can be reached at druleeparsec@users.sourceforge.net
I work as a full time Java programmer for Union Bank of California. I've been coding for a living for about 8 years and I've been coding for fun since Carter was president.
Give me an email and I'll do what I can.

Actually, it was last summer (June-ish IIRC) that I did that! ;) Dru Lee, nanode, BrianDrozd, and slambo were all kind enough to respond (and there may have been one other - if I forgot you, I do apologize). BTW, I did get an A for that class!

Oh yeah! It WAS you wasn't it Stuka?
Glad you got an "A". What was the actual class and topic?
I'll have to see if I still have your email in my "IN" box so I can see if the questions are similar.

Thanks both of you for replying. I've sent both of you an email with the questions. Remember to mail them to concrete_geist@hotmail.com
Please try to send the answers before the end of the weekend, I could need them on Monday. :)

Mine was Technical Writing, and we were doing a college career office-type summary of a job. Naturally, I picked programming, 'cuz that's what I wanna be when I grow up (if I grow up, that is!:P)
I replied to your letter, as I hope you already know. :) If I missed anything or you need me to elaborate on something, just let me know. Good luck!

Wait just a darn minute! Nobody said anything about having to "grow up". I won't have it! No Way! I can code all I want but I Don't Have To Grow Up!

Well thank you both for the Interview, you both had excellent responses. :) I definately won't have any problems getting an "A", but I'll let you know.
