This may be slightly off topic, but it will have to be. I need to Interview someone as part of a big school project. It'll be a short interview( about 10 questions), over email. I have approximately two and a quarter years experience, about 80% of that time really coding. Worked for 3 different companies, two of which were co-ops: 6 mos. at Carrier Electronics, 9 mos. at Ormec, and my last 12 mos. at Document Strategies (http://www.documentstrategies.com/), where I am now... if that's enough for you, I'm in.

Actually, it was last summer (June-ish IIRC) that I did that! ;) Dru Lee, nanode, BrianDrozd, and slambo were all kind enough to respond (and there may have been one other - if I forgot you, I do apologize). BTW, I did get an A for that class!
