modules for Readylink RL2000A adapter

hi All,

i hv got a ReadyLink RL2000A ISA adpater from Compex. i did a search on Internet for the modules. i found that ne.o shd be used for thsi card. but when i try to do a insmod i am getting error

unresolved symbol ei_open
unresolved symbol ethdev_init

this is my second network adapter.

i am using RH 6.2
