Watching TCP/IP Ports

I was wondering how to watch the incoming and outgoing TCP/IP traffic on my MDK 6.1 box... like have a running list of Source/Destination/Port etc...

Also, look around for and install iptraf, which is a really kick-butt thing for the system administrator to have running on his desk...

Two problems with iptraf, though:

1. It only runs on the console.

2. It only runs as root.

But it's *amazing*.
