NFS problems

I'm having problems with mounting a NFS directory. It was working before, but now I'm getting these error messages. Is this a server or client error?

call_verify: server accept status: 2
call_verify: server accept status: 2
call_verify: server accept status: 2
RPC: garbage, exit EIO
nfs_get_root: getattr error = 5
