FTP setup on RH 7.3

I need to set up my Redhat 7.3 box to allow only known users to FTP to their home dir's

Whats the best way to go about setting this up ?

use pure-ftpd (http://www.pureftpd.org) its super easy, secure and fast.

And by default when a user logs in, they will go straight to their home directory.
