GroupWise to SendMail conversion

We're going to be switching from GroupWise to SendMail here in a few months. Most users are concerned about losing what messages they've saved and the address book in the conversion.

Is there any easy way to save these things, especially the saved mail? I know the address book is going to depend on the mail client (Eudora) we decide to use.

Don't know if you will find a solution, but a good place to start.
