Hi,
Not quite sure why you have 2 network cards in the Linux box?! Is one an outside - internet - connection?
But, for file sharing between the 2 you need Samba Samba Homepage (http://www.samba.org). This will allow file and printer sharing and is fairly easy to setup. If you need any more help just ask...

ok i have two nics in the linux box because one is a 10/100 rj-45 ethernet card that is a extention of a built in function on the mother board the other is a linksys phoneline card which uses my phoneline in my apartment (rj-11 connectors) this the one i actualy use so i dont have to run cat5 cable all over the apartment.

Ahhh clever!,
Right then don't see why you couldn't have both working. The first NIC should be device eth0 the second eth1 and so on... I would use a NE2000 comp. driver as I haven't heard of a driver for the type of card you are using and ensure you know the IO and IRQ's for the phone NIC (and make sure they are different to the other NICs!) - If the card isn't NE2000 compat. then you could be in trouble - check Linux.com (http://www.linux.com) Networking HowTo for the list of current drivers available.
If some of this is too basic then I appologise - dunno how experienced you are...
As far as I know Linux should easily support this - but as with all Linux things it might take a bit of fiddling!!
