Hi, I just installed Corel Linux (dual boot) on my system and I can not get my Netgear FA311 Network card to work. How do I install the driver on that came with my network card?? under the linux directory, it has these files:

Fa311.o
Fa311.h
Fa311.c
Makefile

I know I have to compile it but what do I exactly have to do (commands, etc)?? (typing in makefile doesn't work either)
I am using a DHCP on my network.
Thanks

Hello:

If it's still possible, return the card and exchange for a Netgear 310. All will then be automagic. Read some of the other posts here..311's and 12's are a nightmare.

Good Luck!

Ohhhh.....

I failed to ask...Corel? So you do mean MS-Linux? Billy Boy now owns 25% of Corel. Do the math...is this good or bad?
