Cannot access my webpage

Okay here is the norm. RH7.1 and apache server installed. All looks good from RH7.1 but no one else can see the webpage. I tried portmap -dv 80 and it returned unable to bind udp.

Is this my problem and if so how do I fix this I have port 80 and both enabled as an authorized port in my linksys cable dsl router.

If you are using @Home try switching it over to port 8080 instead of port 80.
