Error on upgrading SAMBA 2.2.1

I am using RH7.1 KDE platform. I downloaded the samba-2.2.1a-20010717rh71.i386.rpm from SAMBA Web Site. I used RPM Package Manager to uninstall the older version (2.0.7) of SAMBA first and then install the downloaded RPM file. However, I got error message on this action. On the file list shown there are two files in error. They are:-
/etc/samba/samba.stack
/etc/samba/samba.xinetd
