Heres the situation:

I use a cable modem to connect to the internet. The cable modem is connected to a Windows 2000 Server family Box with 2 NIC's in it. It acts AS MY ROUTER and primary source of storage, connection sharing, web server & etc.... The 2K Box
has Black Ice Firewall install to prevent intrustion. I'm adding my Linux box to be used for a mail server because I hate MS-Exchange and don't the power
to run it. The 2000 Box also acts as my DNS server so I have already set up my Mail-Exchanger to work with the
linux box.

Heres The Problem:

1. I have extremely limited knowledge of how to use Send-Mail and Linux
2. The Linux box is inside of my network and has an internal IP address and behind a firewall

My questions are:

1. Will forwarding the ports to the box be suffiecient
enough for send mail to work?
2. How complicated of a task is this?
2. Can SendMail be configured through X-Windows?
