Is there a flavor of linux that auto installs
Apache, samba, sendmail, ipchains, and all the other goodies? Oh, and still runs KDE or Gnome.. :D

why would you want a distro that auto installs a bunch of stuff when you can just pick packages individually in almost any distro?

because when I try to use Samba I cant use internet sharing. Or it I use apache and ftp, my download time for the pc's on my lan get very slow connections. So if I can find a distro that configures it all for me, then I cant mess up the settings. 8-)

It's pretty unlikely that you will be able to find a distro that has all the packages you want and ONLY the packages you want AND has all of the packages you want configured correctly. I'm afraid you are going to have to roll up the sleeves and do a little work.
