Limit Internet Access

How do I limit windows users who do not login to samba so they can't access the internet ?

The problem is that once the clients boot up they will have to be authenticated during windows logon. However if they cancel the logon, they still can access the Internet. I would like to disable this.

Have the Samba password also verify thru your proxy (squid) and place a rule in the squid.conf file stating they must be authenticated?
