usb ethernet

hi,im trying to install a catc usb ethernet device.I got catc.c and some varios other files that came with it.Then i put in the command "gcc -DMODULE -D__KERNAL__ -06 -c -catc.c"And it just list a bunch of file or directory not found errors :confused:


can anyone help?
