Ok.. I got 3 debian boxes... 1 on 2.4, and 2 on 2.2.17... now here is what happens:
192.168.1.1 (debian 2.4 kernel) tries to ping the other 2 boxes, and they wont ping. When I tried to telnet it said no route to host.
Now I go over to 192.168.1.2(Debian box #1 2.2.17) and I ping 192.168.1.1, and now suddenly both boxes can see eachother again.
192.168.1.1 still cant see 192.168.1.3 though, but when I go over to 192.168.1.3, and ping 192.168.1.1, suddenly they see eachother again.
So basically I have to ping 192.168.1.1 from the other 2 boxes to have 192.168.1.1 see them..
And the entire time 192.168.1.2 & 192.168.1.3 can see eachother... hrm?
